If he fails in his duty and if he fails to differentiate his character between a leader and an individual, everything will collapse. The weakness of the leader will be a great hindrance for him and his team.

Love is blind they say, no. According to me, love is the state of happiness. It is the wisdom. The law of universe is - whatever you give, many folds it comes back. The true religion is the religion of love and humanity.
